This is a quiet space for honesty, reflection, and gentle presence. I share reflections from my own inner journey — not as teachings, but as moments of truth, named as they arise. These texts are for anyone wanting to slow down, feel more deeply, and choose themselves with compassion.
This page is not about fixing or self-improvement. It’s about listening. About being seen. About allowing feelings. About meeting life as it is.
Come as you are. You don’t need to understand everything. You don’t need to be ready. Bring yourself. That is enough.
about me
Curious & creative, mother of three gorgeous human beings, an empath, & happy wife, certified Compassion Key practitioner. I love traveling, nature, animals, language (s), great coffee (Australia is my fav coffee nation!), yummy chocolate, moving my body, my husband’s humor, and enough sleep!
I would love to move into oneness consciousness and fully acknowledge this is easier on some days than on others.
I acknowledge each one of us holds within the beauty of the light and the shadow of what we would rather not witness.
We are free to choose.
I believe we can heal our world by healing ourselves - each one accepting the responsibility for ourselves and our inner landscape.
my background
Born and raised in Germany, I lived & worked in a few countries before we moved to Sydney, Australia, in 2012.
Around this time, my health started declining, but it took me several years to fully acknowledge something in my life had to change - which let me to explore myself on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. I share about my inner journey and what it taught me in my blog.
While in this process, I finally committed to my childhood dream of writing - which is how this blog and my children’s book ‘Heroes of the Quest - An Impossible Team’ were born.
I love stories and for me, there is nothing better than an amazing (children’s) book! I adore the magic of language and how it shapes our world. Writing for me is about creating and surviving, vulnerability, rawness, essence, and beauty. I share my journey because stories and books were crucial for my own healing path.
