I can help you move from disconnection with yourself into recognition, truth, and authenticity.
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you tired of replaying old patterns? Would you like support with what you have been carrying quietly ?
My sessions are a place to bring all of that.
A gentle, grounded space where you don’t need to have it figured out, and nothing in you needs to be “fixed” before you arrive.
Together, we begin with what’s present for you.
From there, I guide you through a Compassion Key process, allowing space for what’s underneath the surface to be felt, met, and softened.
This work isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating the conditions where change can happen naturally -
through awareness, compassion, and honest presence.

This session may support you if you:

feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck
are moving through a life transition or identity shift
notice recurring patterns or reactions you don’t fully understand
feel disconnected from yourself or unsure of your direction
are on a healing journey and want deeper, supported space

What to expect:

A 60-minute private session (online)
A grounded conversation to understand what’s coming up for you
Guided Compassion Key work tailored to your experience
A space where you are met without judgment or pressure

You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to show up a certain way. Just come as you are.
